I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my clothing and I haven’t heard anything about tracking and I live 45 minutes away.

I usually prefer darker patterns pants, but these were so pretty, I had to have them! My only issue... I didn't get the matching bra, which I may need to rectify.
**Disappointing Experience with Sizing and Customer Service** I recently purchased this workout item from Noire Blanc, and my experience has been quite frustrating. I ordered what I believed to be a medium, but they sent me a large (then claimed they but the wrong sticker size on the actual shorts - untruthful). When I reached out for an exchange, I was told that they couldn't process it because I bought it on Black Friday. This reasoning made no sense to me, especially since I was simply asking for the same item in a smaller size due to their error. I've invested nearly $4000 on this website over time, owning every full set, and I've always found their sizing to be consistent. From looser hoodies to tighter jackets to several pairs of shorts and pants . I've never had an issue until now. The fact that they labeled my order incorrectly and then dismissed my concerns by stating it’s just a “loose fitting item” feels both misleading and unethical. I understand that mistakes happen, but customer service should be a priority, especially for loyal customers who rely on them for quality workout gear. Since transitioning to Shopify, it seems that the personal touch in customer service has diminished, which is disheartening. I truly hope they can improve this aspect and make things right for their customers in the future. This happened to me on 3 out of my 7 items I purchased . And now their remedy to it is that they will give me store credit for what I paid, but it doesn’t even replace the items I purchased that they tagged wrong at the price I bought it at . It sucks when stores you like sell out and then the customer’s have to be heartbroken by the lack of customer service and ethics and business practice. Do better .

Absolutely love this set for the winter! The material is thick, warm, and so soft. I went with a size small, and it fits nice and loose like I wanted. I love this clothing line..always worth the money! Highly recommend!
