To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must not be worn or washed and still have the tag attached. For example - Makeup, fake tan, and pet hair-free. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
All discounted purchases of 20% or more are final sales. No exceptions.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same style.
We provide free return label for exchange and store credit. Return label will be deducted for refund.
We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping label for international orders. Customers must return their items at their own expense.
Replacement item or order are not refundable.
Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-4 business days for your return to be processed.
NoiréBlanc reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense.
