NoireBlanc Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Products must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way, and should still have the original tags attached.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be free from contamination (such as makeup, pet hair, or scent).
Final Sale Items:
- Items purchased with 20% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. No exceptions.
Return Shipping:
- For regular-priced items, we provide a free return label if you choose an exchange or store credit.
- If you prefer a refund, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Sale items are not eligible for a return label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns:
- Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for a return label. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- We do not provide refunds for replacement items or orders.
- Once your return is received, please allow 1-4 business days for processing.
Return Rejections:
- NoireBlanc reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the return does not comply with our policy.
- Non-compliant items will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
