We are a Canadian brand therefore our store is in CAD currency. Even if you are shopping in your countries currency, often at check out the price will convert back to CAD but you will be charged in USD on your credit card.

Processing time: we ship from Monday to Friday. All Shipments from Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed after 3PM EST won't be shipped until the following business day.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers or messaged via SMS if a phone number is added to your order. If you haven't received an email please check your spam folder.

All discounted purchases of 20% or more are final sale.

Most likely your order got declined, but the amount still showed up on your credit card statement as a ‘pending’ payment. In that case it will not go through and clear in a day or two.

Make sure your total order after promo code applied is over CAD200 for US and CAD150 for Canada.
Also if you are from Canada the website may mistake you as being in the USA. The checkout shows you need to reach $200, but once you enter your Canadian address the free shipping will automatically apply at checkout if your order is over $150 taxes excluded.
